The Ordering Party Requires That The Construction Of The Office Building Be Carried Out Using Wooden Technology, Using Ready-Made Prefabricated Elements And The Assembly Of These Wall, Roof And Ceiling Elements (Modules) On The Construction Site. The Ordering Party Requires That The Construction Of The Office Building Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Selected Construction And Material Solutions And Dimensions, As Well As The Development Of The Area With Selected Elements In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation, Which Includes: 1) Land Development Design - Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz;2) Architectural And Construction Design - Constituting Annex No. 1B To The Swz.3) Technical And Executive Design - Constituting Annex No. 1C To The Swz.4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Constituting Annex No. 1D To The Swz.5) Bills Of Quantities Works - Constituting Annex No. 1E To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Do Not Determine The Scope Of The Order. The Contractor Should Verify And Determine On His Own Whether It Is Necessary To Perform Construction Works Other Than Those Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Whether The Given Quantities Are Correct.
