The Subject Of The Order Is: Design And Construction Of The Foundation And Connection To The Technical Infrastructure Of 81 Residential Containers And 8 Sanitary Containers, Along With The Preparation Of The Necessary Design Documentation, In The Design And Build Formula.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In: Annexes No. 1, 1.1, 9 To The Swz, I.E.: Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3.The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Order Is Implemented In The Design And Build Formula And Includes Functionally And Technically Related Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works. Entrusting Individual Scopes To Several Contractors Would Cause Excessive Difficulties In Coordinating Work And Could Lead To Disputes Regarding Liability For Documentation, Design Errors, Delays And Work Defects. Execution Of The Order By One Contractor Ensures Uniform Responsibility For The Entire Process - From The Development Of Documentation To The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works - And Reduces The Risk Of Incorrect Execution Of The Order. For These Reasons, Dividing The Contract Into Lots Is Not Justified.4. Whenever In The Swz The Subject Of The Contract Is Described With An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party, Describing The Subject Of The Order, Based On The Instruction Expressed In Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Indicated The Trademark Or Origin Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Impossibility Of Describing It Exhaustively Using Precise And Understandable Terms. By Describing The Subject Of The Order Using Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Delivered Products, The Ordering Party Determines The Minimum Quality, Technical And Functional Parameters That The Materials Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Therefore Consider Any Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better To Be Equivalent. The Term Parameters Means Functionality, Purpose, Materials, Shape, Size, Safety And Durability. The Contractor May Not Use Construction Products With Worse Technical And Quality Parameters Than Those Indicated In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities To Complete The Order. The Names, Symbols And Trademarks Of Manufacturers, Technical Data And Technology Descriptions Are Provided Only For The Most Precise Purpose Of Determining The Elements, Devices And Materials
