The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of Gates In The Nature Reserve Jezioro Turzycowe.2.The Investment Is Located On Plot No. 3137, Mirachowo District, Kartuzy Commune, Kartuzy Poviat, Pomeranian Voivodeship In The Kartuzy Forest District, Bącka Huta Forest District, In The Ditch In Forest Section 137 B. The Project Is Planned In A Naturally Valuable Area, In The Jezioro Turzycowe Nature Reserve. The Location Of The Valves Is Shown On The Map In Appendix 1.1.3.The Task Involves Making Two Gates In The Form Of A Gate, With A Wooden Structure, Filled With Soil And Stone Riprap. The Structure Of The Facility Consists Of Wooden Walls Made Of Larch Boards Placed Transversely To The Axis Of The Ditch. The Walls Are Located 1.60 M Apart And Braced With Crossbars (Also Made Of Wooden Boards) To Stiffen The Entire Structure Of The Facility. The Space Between The Walls Will Be Filled With Local Soil And Stone Riprap. The Distance Between Gates 1 And 2 Will Be Approximately 250 M.4.The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right In Accordance With Art. 441 Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended) And Specifies The Maximum Scope Of The Order: A) Basic Scope Of The Order, Which Will Certainly Be Implemented: Will Include The Construction Of Gate No. 2; B) Additional Scope Of The Order, Which Will Be Implemented If The Ordering Party Uses The Option: Will Include The Construction Of Gate No. 1.
