1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Ul. Słoneczna In Kolsko. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Ul. Słoneczna In Kolsko, To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Including Changes, Deletions, Corrections And Alternative Solutions Included In The Documentation.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Reconstruction Of The Road At Ul. Słoneczna Together With Its Widening To A Width Of 5.00 M, • Execution Of Structural Layers Within The Road Widening, • Execution Of A Profiling And Leveling Layer And A Wearing Course Of The Road Surface, • Construction Of A New Sidewalk On The Section Indicated In The Design Documentation, • Construction And Reconstruction Of Entrances To The Property Along With Height Connections To Existing Gates And Wickets, • Construction Of Curbs, Edges And Other Road Elements To The Extent Resulting From The Modified Documentation, • Execution Of Road Drainage In Accordance With The Solutions Provided By The Designer In The Design Documentation, • Height Adjustment Of Existing Technical Infrastructure Devices, If Necessary In Connection With The Implementation Of The Works, • Protection Of Existing Networks To The Extent Provided For In The Documentation, • Demolition, Earthworks And Preparatory Works Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order, • Execution Of Finishing Works And Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In: • Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Design Documentation (Including Any Changes), • Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, • Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Bid Cost Estimate.4. Note: The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz Was Originally Developed For A Wider Scope Of Investments Than The Scope Covered By This Public Procurement Procedure. Due To The Limited Financial Capabilities Of The Ordering Party, The Subject Of This Order Covers Only Part Of The Works Provided For In The Design Documentation. In Order To Clearly Indicate The Scope Of Works Covered By The Order, The Ordering Party Added Markings And Deletions On A Copy Of The Design Documentation Indicating Elements That Are Not Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Deletions Entered In The Documentation By The Ordering Party Should Be Understood Only As Indicating A Limitation Of The Material Scope Of The Order And The Exclusion Of The Indicated Works From The Scope Subject To Valuation And Execution. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation To The Extent Not Specified By The Ordering Party And In Accordance With The Other Procurement Documents. Works And Elements Marked In The Documentation As Deleted Do Not Fall Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And Should Not Be Included In The Offer Price. In The Event Of Discrep
