The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of An Investment Task Consisting In The Development Of Full Design Documentation (Design Phase) And Execution Of Construction Works On Its Basis, Along With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Decision (Implementation Phase) For The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Village Community Center In Frączków - Business Incubator In Frączków. The Order Is Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Lump Sum. The Material Scope Of The Investment Includes In Particular: A) Adaptation, Reconstruction And Thermal Modernization Of The Existing, Degraded Building Of The Village Community Center Into A Physical Activity Zone With Sanitary Facilities Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People. B) Expansion Of The Existing Facility With A New, Multi-Functional Exhibition And Community Room With Full Kitchen And Social Facilities And A Sanitary Facility For Approx. 70 People.C) Liquidation Of Underground, Unused Septic Tanks Interfering With The Expansion.D) Construction Of Complete Internal And External Installations: Water And Sewage, Electrical, Heating (Based On A Heat Pump), Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery And A Photovoltaic Installation.E) Land Development, Including The Construction Of A Hardened Square With Paving Stones, Access Roads And Lawns.F) Absolute Protection Of The Existing English Oak Growing In The Investment Area.
