4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Sewage System In The Rzeczniów Commune - Stage Iv, In The Scope Of Works Necessary To Construct A Sewage System In The Town Of Grechów. Works Related To The Town Of Rzeczniów Are Not Covered By This Procedure.4.2 Scope Of The Order1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In The Town Of Grechów On A Section Of 1,629 M, Including 916 M Of Pressure Sewage With A Connection To The S64 Well And 1,572 M Of Gravity Sewage, 2 Pumping Stations And The Restoration Of The Entire Bituminous Surface, After Completion Of All Installation Works, To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation And Other Procurement Documents, Taking Into Account The Limitations Indicated In This Point. 2) Design Documentation Was Developed Jointly For The Works To Be Performed In The Towns Of Rzeczniów And Grechów. For The Purposes Of These Proceedings And The Future Contract, Only Part Of The Documentation Relating To The Works Necessary To Construct The Sewage System In Grechów Is Binding. 3) Works, Supplies, Equipment, Materials And Other Services Related To The Town Of Rzeczniów Are Not The Subject Of This Order And Are Not Subject To: 1. Valuation In The Offer; 2. Included In The Material And Financial Schedule; 3. Performance By The Contractor; 4. Acceptance By The Ordering Party; 5. Settlement As Part Of The Remuneration Due To The Contractor. 4) All Provisions Of The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Other Documents Relating To The Town Of Rzeczniów Should Be Treated As Not Covered By This Order. 5) Provisions Common To Both Localities Apply Only To The Extent That They Relate To The Proper Performance Of The Works Covered By The Order In Grechów. They Cannot Be Interpreted As Extending The Subject Of The Contract To Include Works In Rzeczniów. 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary For The Complete, Correct And Intended Implementation Of The Investment Scope Regarding The Town Of Grechów, Also When Specific Auxiliary Activities Are Not Separately Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, But Result From The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Technical Knowledge Principles Or Applicable Regulations.
