The Order Covers The Construction Of A Water Supply Network In Oleśnica, Ul. A Diagonal With A Diameter Of 110 Mm And A Total Length Of 632.00 Meters, Including The Execution Of All Works To Guarantee The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Together With Attachments, I.E.: 1) Design Documentation. 2) Bill Of Quantities. 3) Detailed Technical Specifications. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Ensuring Proper Security, Fencing And Marking Of The Construction Site; 2) Surveying Services Together With An As-Built Inventory, 3) Carrying Out Tests With A Dynamic Probe At The Request Of The Supervision Inspector, At Least Every 50 M, And Ensuring The Required Load-Bearing Capacity And Compaction Of The Subsoil, Enabling The Construction Of An Aggregate Base Without Additional Soil Stabilization, Due To The Construction Of The Surface Planned Immediately After The Completion Of The Works. Bitumen, 4) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Handing It Over To The Employer On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, 5) Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition And Compensating Any Damage To Property Owners Where Damage Occurred Due To The Contractors Fault, 6) Providing As-Built Documentation (Including: Water Test Results, As-Built Cost Estimate, Declarations, Etc.), 7) Full Liability Of The Contractor For Violating Environmental Protection Regulations On The Construction Site And In The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site And The Proceedings With Waste To The Extent That It Completely Releases The Ordering Party From This Liability.
