The Subject Of This Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, For The Task Titled: Expansion Of District Road No. 2916E - Cegielniana Street From Dk 71 To Stara Gadka, Lucerniana Street, Along With The Construction Of A Roundabout On Dk 71 And The Authors Supervision Until The Completion Of The Task. It Is Planned To Expand The District Road No. 2916E (Ul. Cegielniana) In Gospodarz, Commune. Rzgów, On The Section From National Road No. 71 (Ul. Pabianicka) To Stara Gadka (Ul. Lucerniana) Over A Length Of Approx. 1.5 Km By Constructing A Bitumen Overlay With Local Sub-Base To The Necessary Extent And Widening The Road To A Width Of 6 M. The Investment Should Include The Construction Of A One-Sided Bicycle Path Separated From The Road By A Green Belt, Construction Of A One-Sided Shoulder, Construction Of Exits To The Plots, Appropriate Solutions For Rainwater Management, Including, Among Others: Modernization Of Ditches And Culverts, Designing Traffic Safety Elements And Lighting The Roundabout Area, Removing Collisions, Cutting Down Trees In The Amount Necessary To Implement The Project And Road Markings (Vertical And Horizontal). The Design Documentation Should Also Include The Construction Of A Roundabout At The Intersection Of District Road No. 2916E (Ul. Cegielniana) And National Road No. 71 (Ul. Pabianicka). It Is Also Necessary To Perform Geotechnical Tests. The Scope Of The Order Includes Obtaining All Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Necessary To Complete The Task. Due To The Implementation Deadlines, The Ordering Party Requires The Documentation To Be Divided Into Two Sections: 1) Extension Of The District Road No. 2916E - Ul. Cegielniana From Dk 71 To Stara Gadka Ul. Lucerniana, Along With Obtaining A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid); 2) Construction Of A Roundabout On Dk 71, Along With The Preparation Of An Application With A Set Of Documents For The Ordering Party To Obtain A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid). The Ordering Party Attaches, With The Possibility Of Using, The Design Concept Entitled Expansion Of The Intersection Of National Road No. 71, Pabianicka Street With Guzewska And Cegielniana Streets In Rzgów - Construction Of A Roundabout (Appendix No. 11 To Swz). An Independent Set Of Documentation Must Be Prepared For Each Section. The Entire Project Should Be Compliant With Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Including The Implementation Of Road Markings.
