1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Design And Renovation Of Ventilation Hoods Serving Technological Devices In The Kitchen Of The Food Section Of The Police School In Piła. 2. The Task Includes All Design, Disassembly, Delivery, Installation, Construction, Electrical, Regulatory, Measurement And Documentation Works Necessary To Provide The Ordering Party With A Complete, Safe And Efficient Local Exhaust System.3.The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Therefore, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Public Procurement Law.4.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In: 1) Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz;2) Floor Plan Of The Kitchen Room, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz;3) Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz;4) Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To The Swz.5.The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Construction Works, Technical Devices And Systems Related To Construction Facilities And The Supplied Equipment Used To Perform All Works, Is For A Minimum Of 48 Months, Counting From The Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract - Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. Points Will Be Awarded For Granting A Warranty Period Longer Than The Minimum In Accordance With Chapter Xviii Of The Swz.6. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractors To Visit The Construction Site On-Site Before Submitting The Offer, In Order To Obtain Any Data That May Be Useful For Preparing The Offer As Well As Implementing And Settling The Subject Of The Contract.7. Date And Place Of Order Execution: 1) Completion Of All Works Will Take Place Within 7 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 2) Place Of Order Execution: Building Of The Police School In Piła At Plac Staszica 3, 64-920 Piła.
