4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Warehouse For Civil Protection And Civil Defense Resources (Olioc) Of The Puchaczów Commune In The Town Of Ostrówek On Plot No. 419, Along With Land Development, Internal Installations And Reconstruction Of The Conflicting Sewage Network - In The Design And Build Formula.4.2.Scope Of Construction Works: 1) Preparation Of The Construction Site, Construction Facilities, Temporary Fencing And Marking; 2) Execution Of Earthworks, Replacement Of Non-Bearing Soil Within The Outline Of The Facility (To The Extent Resulting From Geotechnical Tests); 3) Reconstruction (Relocation) Of The Conflicting Section Of The Sewage System Outside The Outline Of The Designed Building Along With The Necessary Wells And Tightness Tests; 4) Construction Of Foundations (Footings And Ground Beams Or Foundation Slab) Along With Insulation Anti-Moisture;5) Assembly Of The Steel Structure Of The Hall With Anti-Corrosion Protection;6) Construction Of Wall And Roof Cladding Made Of Sandwich Panels, Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes;7) Assembly Of Joinery And Joinery: Sectional Gates, External Doors, Windows, Flaps/Roof Skylights And A Roof Hatch;8) Construction Of An Industrial Reinforced Concrete Floor With Surface Hardening;9) Construction Of Internal Electrical Installation: Switchgear, Installation Of Basic And Emergency (Evacuation) Lighting, Installation Of Plug Sockets, Power Installation;10) Installation Of Lightning Protection And Earthing Installations And Equalizing Connections;11) Installation Of External Lighting Of The Area And Power Supply Of The Facility;12) Implementation Of Fire Protection And Occupational Health And Safety Signs And Equipment;13) Execution Of Finishing Works, Tidying Up The Area And Restoring Grass Surfaces;14) Carrying Out Tests, Measurements And Commissioning Of The Installation And Training The User.4.3.List Of Parameters Of The Designed Building - External Dimensions Of The Building 10.00 M × 17.00 M - Building Area 170.00 M² - Usable Area 163.00 M² - Gross Volume 879.24 M³4.4.The Scope Of The Contractors Services Includes: The Contractors Obligations In The Field Of Design Include The Scope Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) And This Agreement, In Particular The Design And Construction Of The Warehouse, Including: 1) Development Of A Conceptual Design Containing Visualizations Presenting Basic Solutions And Obtaining Its Written Approval From The Ordering Party Before Proceeding With Further Design Work; 2) The Ordering Party Will Submit Comments Or Accept It Within 3 Business Days Of Receiving The Conceptual Design. 3) In The Event Submit Comments Referred To In Point 2), The Contractor Is Obliged To Include Them In The Final Version Of The Conceptual Design Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Their Receipt.4) The Conceptual Design Approved By The Ordering Party Is The Basis For Starting The Preparation Of Desig
