The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Pond At Krucza Street In Oleśnica. The Investment Area Includes Plots No. 6, 47, 48, 49 Am-60 And No. 70 Am-51, Oleśnica City District. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Construction And Executive Documentation Prepared By The Plumber Dariusz Piasecki Investment Services Office And Is Described Below. Moreover, All Work Should Be Performed Based On The Environmental Expert Opinion On The Inventory Of The Pond At Ul. Krucza In Oleśnica Of August 25, 2026, By Katarzyna Jasnosz And Radosław G. Urban, And The Opinion And Decisions Of The Rdoś (Decision No. 1 For The Reed Warbler And The Reed Warbler Is An Annex To The Proceedings; Decision No. Height Of The Existing Area. Any Differences And Discrepancies Should Be Reported To The Supervision Inspector And The Employer In Order To Make Corrections Before The Works Are Carried Out.As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is To Carry Out, Among Others: 1) Appointment Of Environmental Supervision - Specialists Indicated In The Expertise And Decisions Of The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection (Including, Among Others, An Ornithologist, Herpetologist, Theriologist), In Order To Carry Out Work Under Their Supervision And Inspect The Water Reservoir In Question For The Presence Of Protected Animal Species; 2) In The Event Of Discovering, During The Work, Nesting Sites Of Protected Species Not Included In The Permit, It Is Necessary To Obtain Permission From The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection In Wrocław To Destroy The Nesting Site;3) Drainage Of The Pond For The Duration Of The Works Through The Existing Monk;4) Catching And Transporting Fish, After Prior Arrangement Of The Place And Method Of Catching With Representatives Of The Polish Fishing Association. Trapping Should Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of The Polish Water Association Or Environmental Supervision; 5) Pumping Out The Remaining Water Into The Existing Canal Behind The Monk; 6) Inspecting The Reservoir Immediately After Draining The Water For The Presence Of Fish, Mussels And Dragonfly Larvae; 7) Constructing A Temporary Exit, After Obtaining A Decision On The Location Of The Exit And Permission To Occupy The Road Lane From The Road Manager; 8) Constructing An Exit To The Pond And A Temporary Road; 9) Removing Sediment From The Pond For The Planned Ordinates;10) Draining And Inspection Of The Silt Before Export In Terms Of The Presence Of Animals;11) Removal And Disposal Of The Silt And Cleared Plants;12) Leaving Some Of The Reed And Cattail Rhizomes At The Bottom Of The Reservoir To Enable Their Spontaneous Regeneration In The Following Years;13) Grubbing Up Bushes And Rushes From October 16 To The End Of February;14) Protection And Management Pond Slopes By Strengthening The Entire Perimeter Of The Reservoir With A Fascine Pipe With A Diameter Of 0.2-0.3 M And A Total Length Of Approximately 790 M;
