The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Thematic Path Along The Historic Trail On The Orchid Peninsula, Together With Recreational Infrastructure And Models Of Historical Buildings In Lipiany, Along With The Construction Of An Access Road Along The Causeway. Part I - Recreational And Educational Development Of The Orchid Peninsula. The Subject Of Part I Is The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Recreational And Educational Development Of The Area. Orchid Peninsula In Lipiany. The Scope Of Part I Includes In Particular: 1. Construction Of A Wooden Footbridge/Educational Bridge Along The Trace Of The Stronghold Embankment;2. Construction Of The Gate Element City Gate;3. Making Four Shelters/Models Of Huts And Other Models And Educational Elements;4. Construction Of Off-Road Paths;5. Construction Of A Picnic Area;6. Construction Of Small Architecture Elements, Including Seats, Benches, Waste Bins, Fireplace, Fascine Fences, Field Steps And Other Elements Indicated In The Design Documentation;7. Construction Of Ramps, Ramps And Access Routes;8. Preparation Of Educational And Information Boards, Models And Stands;9. Execution Of Electrical Installations And Lighting Elements For The Area And Devices;10. Carrying Out Works Related To Greenery, Including Clearing The Embankment Strip Of High Greenery;11. Performance Of All Preparatory, Earthwork, Assembly, Installation And Finishing Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Scope Of Part I;12. Performing The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Acceptances;13. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including As-Built Surveying Documentation And Documentation Necessary For Final Acceptance.14. Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In Annex No. 3A To The Swz - Design Documentation. Note: The Order Does Not Include The Restitution/Planting Of Orchids.
