Targowa 9, 26-300 Opoczno, Province Łódź, Or To A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Opoczno Commune - To An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. The Delivery Is To Be Made To The Indicated Place To The Extent And At The Expense Of The Contractor.4.3.Name(S) And Code(S) Of The Common Procurement Vocabulary: (Cpv):14.21.22.00-2 - Aggregates 44.91.23.00-9 - Basalt44.92.22.00-1 - Dolomite14.21.23.00-3 - Crushed Or Split Stone60.10.00.00.-9 - Transport Services Road4.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Agreement Is Annex No. 2 To The Swz.4.5.In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 4.6.A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Solution Required By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Adopted Solutions. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
