The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Devices And Equipment To The Photography Studio At The Municipal Museum In Tychy, Divided Into The Following Tasks:1) Task No. 1 - Cameras (Including Accessories And Warranty)2) Task No. 2 - Lighting Equipment (Including Accessories And Warranty)3) Task No. 3 - Desktop And Portable Computer (Including Software, Accessories, Warranty) And Service Support)4) Task No. 4 - Graphic Programs 5) Task No. 5 - Office Furniture A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 4 To Swz.1.If The Documentation Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Equivalent To Those Described.2.If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.3.A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Shall Demonstrate Equivalence By Any (Reliable) Means. Failure To Demonstrate Equivalence Results In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.4.If The Procurement Documents Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Manufacturer Or Specific Origin Of The Product, It Should Be Assumed That These Items Contain The Entry Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of This Act, Or The Ict Service Or Ict Process Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law.
