The Subject Of The Order Are Supplies Titled: Supply Of Equipment For The Implementation Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks. Address And Place Of Delivery: Gręboszów Commune Office, Gręboszów 144, 33-260 Gręboszów. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of Elements Of Equipment For Volunteer Fire Brigade Units And Civil Defense Warehouse Equipment. 2) The Subject Of The Delivery Must Be Brand New, I.E. Unused Before Delivery, Free From Any Defects And Damage And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties, Delivered To The Ordering Party In Original Factory Packaging, The Storage Of Which By The Ordering Party Is Not Required To Maintain The Granted Warranty3) A Detailed List Of The Equipment Covered By This Order Is Presented In Annex No. 8 To This Tor. The List Includes Detailed Parameters And Permissible Tolerances. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Offers For Products With Higher Parameters. The Supplier Is Obliged To Offer The Ordering Party All Elements Covered By The Order In Accordance With The Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party. 4) The Supplier Is Obliged To Transport And Install, If Required, The Delivered Equipment. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party And Agree On The Date And Time Of Delivery With The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Parameters Of The Offered Equipment Are Specified In The Order Documents Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz: Detailed List Of Elements, And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
