The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Is The Task Entitled: Management Of The Market Hall And Agricultural Square At Gazaris Square In Bochnia2.The Order Covers The Ongoing Management Of The Property Located At Plac Gazaris 10 In Bochnia.3.The Administrators Duties Include Maintaining The Property In A Condition Not Deteriorated Beyond The Limits Of Normal Wear And Tear, As Well As: 1) Collecting Fees For Additional Services At The Market Hall From The 117 Commercial Premises Located In The Market Hall - In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Bochnia City Council No. Agricultural Square At Gazaris Square In Bochnia (As Amended) And Pursuant To Order No. 165/26 Of The Mayor Of Bochnia Of July 31, 2026 On Determining The Amount Of Fees For Additional Services At The Market Hall And Agricultural Square At Gazaris Square In Bochnia;2) Collecting Fees For Additional Services At The Agricultural Square (I.E. For Maintaining Cleanliness, Waste Disposal, Water Consumption) From 60 Agricultural Sites, 16 So-Called Cars And 40 Manual Sales Stands - In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Bochnia City Council No. On July 31, 2026 On Determining The Amount Of Fees For Additional Services At The Market Hall And Plac Rolny At Gazaris Square In Bochnia;3) Fees Referred To In Point 1 And 2 Will Be Collected On The Basis Of Invoices Issued By The Manager On Behalf Of The Owner And On The Basis Of Fiscal Receipts. For The Purposes Of Collecting Fees, The Owner Will Provide The Manager With A Cash Register; 4) Ensuring The Supply Of Gas, Water, Sewage Disposal, Municipal Waste Collection, Protection Of The Facility, Service And Maintenance Of Air Conditioning Devices, Cleaning Of The Property (I.E. Ensuring Proper Order And Cleanliness Of The Rooms And Equipment In The Market Hall, Serving All Tenants Or Tenants Of The Premises, And Cleaning The Sidewalks And Internal Access Roads To The Market Hall And The Agricultural Square From Mud, Snow, Ice And Other Contaminants And Their Sprinkling With Sand Or Other Roughening Agents If Necessary). For This Purpose, The Administrator Is Obliged To Conclude Contracts With Suppliers Of The Above Services, As Well As Supervise Their Implementation, Provided That: A) If The Estimated Value Of The Performance Of Any Of The Above Services Exceeds The Amount Of Pln 170,000 (Excluding Vat) During The Duration Of The Contract, Per Calendar Year, The Administrator Is Obliged To Apply The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws 2026.793, Consolidated Text) To Select The Service Provider; B) If The Estimated Value Of The Performance Any Of The Above Services Does Not Exceed, During The Duration Of The Contract, The Amount Of Pln 170,000 (Excluding Vat) Per Calendar Year, The Manager Is Obliged To Conduct Price Research For The Selection Of The Service Provider Based On The Ordinance Of The Mayor Of Bochnia No. 6/2026 Of January 9, 2026 On The Introduction Of Regulations For The Award Of Public Proc
