1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Disposable Equipment For The Bielsko Emergency Medical Service - Package No. 1 - Syringes, Needles, Venflons.2.The Contractor Guarantees The Stability Of Unit Prices Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, I.E. 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract (Subject To The Provisions Specified In The Draft Contract).3.The Subject Of The Order Must Have A Validity Period Of At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party To The Emergency Warehouse At Ul. E. Plater 14, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała In Accordance With The Delivery Date Indicated In The Offer.5.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Price Form And Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Contract.6.Whenever In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz The Subject Of The Contract Is Described With Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process As Well As By Means Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Any Of The Above The Indications Were Cited To Specify The Parameters And Operational, Functional And Quality Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers Provided That They Guarantee The Achievement Of Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party To An Equivalent Extent. Due To The Above, If Solutions Equivalent To Those Specified In The Swz Are Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Detailed Description Of The Offered Solutions Or Other Means Of Evidence. Failure To Indicate Equivalent Solutions In The Offer Will Be Treated As A Declaration Of The Use Of The Solutions Listed In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz.7.If The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order Using Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contractor Referring To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That The Standards Or Specifications He Proposes Guarantee A Level Of Safety, Functionality And Quality At Least Equal To The Standards Indicated By The Ordering Party. As Proof Of The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Along With The Offer, Documents Confirming This Equivalence (E.G. Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates Of Independent Research Units Or A Detailed Comparison Of The Technical Parameters Of Both Standards).
