The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Cleaning And Maintenance Services In Facilities And Areas Adjacent To The Facilities Of The Warsaw Chamber Opera In Warsaw. Location Of Cleaning Facilities A) Al. Solidarności 76B, Warsaw Chamber Opera Theater (Cleaning Area: 945.40 M2), B) Ul. Obrońców 31, Office Building Of The Warsaw Chamber Opera (Cleaning Area: 1063.20 M2), C) Ul. Konopnicka 6, Artistic Swimming Pool Of The Warsaw Chamber Opera (Cleaning Area: 1118.00 M2), D) Ul. Jagiellońska 88 Hall H30, Costume And Decoration Warehouse Of The Warsaw Chamber Opera (Cleaning Area: 2,510.00 M2), The Service Will Include: Cleaning Of Facilities, Cleaning Of External Areas, Maintenance And Care Of Green Areas, Snow Removal Service, Delivery And Ongoing Replenishment Of Cleaning Products, Disinfectants And Monitoring The Correctness Of Cleaning Tasks. Insurance: The Contractor Will Obliged To Have, Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Order, Civil Liability Insurance For Business Activities With A Guarantee Sum For One And All Events In The Amount Of At Least Pln 1,000,000 (In Words: One Million Zlotys). Employment: The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Employ Employees Providing Services Under An Employment Contract In The Number Of Full-Time Positions And In The Scope Specified In The Opz - At Least 2 People Performing Cleaning Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract On A Full-Time Basis (Each Person) Under An Employment Contract, Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period, In Accordance With Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code.
