The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Social Building With Construction Equipment On The Plot No. 129 Rev. 14 M. Opoczno, Including: 1.1) Demolition Works, 1.2) Foundation Slab, 1.3) Construction Of The Container Set (Including Internal Installations: Electricity, Water Supply And Sewage), 1.4) Roof Structure And Covering, 1.5) Hardening The Area, 1.6) Greenery, 1.7) External Electrical Installations, 1.8) Internal Mechanical Ventilation Installation And Air Conditioning. Note: External Sanitary Sewage System, External Storm Sewage System, External Water Supply System Referred To In The Technical Documentation Will Be Constructed By Pgk Sp. Z O. O. In Opoczno On Its Own.2) Geodetic Marking Of Facilities In The Field,3) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, In Particular: Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory (Of All Facilities Covered By The Technical Documentation), As-Built Cost Estimates, Energy Characteristics Of The Facility, Etc. 4) Obtaining, On Behalf And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, The Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility (If Required) Or Submitting A Notification Of The Completion Of Works To The Competent District State Inspector Of Construction Supervision Together With Obtaining A Certificate Of No Objection By This Authority,5) Providing A Construction Manager, Work Managers, And A Manager Of The Demolition Of The Existing Social Building, With Construction Qualifications In The Relevant Specialties Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order.5.2 The Contractor Will Provide, At Its Own Expense (I.E. Deliver And Install On The Premises Of The Municipal Services Plant At Ul. Targowa 9 In Opoczno), Temporary (For Duration Of The Works, I.E. From The Date Of Commencement Of The Demolition Of The Existing Social Building To The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free, Final Works Acceptance Protocol By Both Parties) Temporary Social Containers For The Companys Blue-Collar Employees, Approximately 60 People. Temporary Social Containers Should Have A Total Area Of Approximately 50 M2 And Be Equipped With At Least Lighting And Heating (E.G.
