The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Public Parking Lot In The Town Of Niskowa, Plot No. 310/2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Construction Of A Parking Lot For Passenger Cars, Construction Of A One-Way Maneuvering Road With A Width Of 5 M, Construction Of Parking Spaces In Three Rows For Perpendicular Parking, Reinforcement Of Slopes With A Geogrid Along With Topsoiling, Construction Of A Panel Fence On A Monolithic Foundation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain An Occupancy Permit. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Matter Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Matter Of The Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Appendix No. 7 To The Swz And Appendix No. 8 To The Swz, Respectively.
