1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Extension Of The Building Of The Kłomnice Commune Office With An Elevator For People With Disabilities.2.The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Expansion Of The Kłomnice Commune Office Building With An Elevator Shaft, Together With The Delivery And Installation Of An Elevator Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities; 2) Performance Of The Necessary Construction, Construction And Installation Works Related To The Implementation Of The Elevator; 3) Reconstruction Of The Existing Entrance To The Commune Office Building, Including Reconstruction Of The Existing Stairs, Necessary In Connection With The Location Of The Designed Elevator And Ensuring Proper, Safe And Functional Access To The Building; 4) Performing The Necessary Finishing And Reconstruction Works;5) Performing The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Acceptance, As Well As Activities Related To The Approval Of The Elevator For Use.6) Completing All Formalities Regarding The Acceptance By The Office Of Technical Inspection7) In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Content Of The Design Documentation And The Content Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, It Is Agreed That The Provisions Of The Design Documentation Shall Prevail.8) In The Event Of Any Discrepancies Between The Content Of The Design Documentation And The Bill Of Quantities Offer Cost Estimate, It Is Agreed That The Provisions Of The Design Documentation Shall Prevail.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Described In: Design Documentation, Technical Specifications, Bill Of Quantities, Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
