1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of: A Tractor With A Front Loader And A Two-Axle Trailer With Accessories Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. The Delivered Products Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, And Come From Mass Production. The Subject Of The Order Must Have The Approval Required For Admission To Road Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Be Delivered Together With A Set Of Documents Necessary For Registration. The Delivered Tractor, Trailer And Accessories Must Meet All Applicable Legal Regulations, Technical Standards And Safety Requirements In Force In The Republic Of Poland. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Technical Parameters, Equipment And Functionality Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 2 To Swz - Opz.
