The Purpose Of This Order Is To Select A Contractor To Provide A Comprehensive Design Service For The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road - Ul. Kozielska In Wężyce - Documentation, Including In Particular The Reconstruction And Expansion Of Ul. Kozielska In Wężyce: 1. Preparation Of Pre-Design Studies: A) Geodetic Studies, B) Geotechnical Documentation;2. Development Of The Road Program Concept And Its Positive Agreement With The Ordering Party;3. Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party (If Necessary);4. Based On The Road Program Concept Agreed With The Ordering Party, Preparation Of The Necessary Materials To Issue A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Hereinafter Referred To As Zrid) In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 2003. On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads, Including The Development Of: A) A Land Development Design And An Architectural And Construction Design Together With Information On Health And Safety And A Set Of All Legally Required Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions (The So-Called Formal And Legal Documentation), B) A Design For Permanent Traffic Organization And Organization For The Duration Of The Works With The Set. Required Arrangements, C) Other Materials Required For The Application For Issuing A Zrid, D) Complete Geodetic And Legal Documentation Related To The Purchase Of Real Estate Located In The Demarcation Lines Of The New Strip And The Temporary Use Of Real Estate In Connection With Carrying Out Works In Their Area, E) Obtaining A Zrid Decision On Behalf And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party;5. Providing The Ordering Party With Complete Documentation For Carrying Out The Tender Procedure For The Execution Of Works, Including: A) Technical Designs Of Individual Industries, B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For The Above-Mentioned. Industries, C) Bills Of Quantities For The Above-Mentioned Industries, D) Investors Cost Estimate With A Summary Of Investment Costs, 6. Stabilization Of The Boundaries Of The Road And Submission Of A Geodetic Sketch After Its Completion. The Subject Of The Order Covers In Particular The Following Scope:1. Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Municipal Road Ul. Kozielska From The Roundabout On Dk45/Dk40 To The Existing Pedestrian And Bicycle Path (In The Former Railway Area), Approx. 1.6 Km Long; 2. Adapting The Road Grade To Existing Entrances And Entrances To The Property;3. Reconstruction Of Exits And Intersections;4. Construction Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths;5. Reconstruction/Replacement Of The Storm Sewage System And Related Devices;6. Reconstruction/Replacement Of The Existing Water Supply Network, In Accordance With The Guidelines Of Zuk Baborów (The Network Operator);7. Reconstruction Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings;8.
