The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before Delivery, Master-Class Concert Grand Piano For The Purposes Of The Statutory Activities Of The Local Government Music School Of The 1St Degree In Tarnów Podgórne, Together With Additional Equipment, Transport, Placement In The Concert Hall On The First Floor, Assembly, Tuning, Adjustment And Commissioning At The Premises Of The Local Government Music School (Jankowice Palace). The Instrument Must Be Brand New, Complete, Operational And Ready For Full Use Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments, Cannot Be The Subject Of Exhibition, Cannot Bear Any Traces Of Use And Cannot Be The Subject Of Third Party Rights. The Subject Of The Order Is A Concert Grand Piano Intended For Professional Solo And Orchestral Performances, Meeting The Requirements Of A Master-Class Instrument. The Instrument Must Be Free From Defects And Made Of The Highest Quality Materials And Ensure Full Dynamics, Pitch Stability And Balanced Sound Throughout The Entire Scale.2. The Material Scope Of The Task Being The Subject Of The Procedure Is Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 8) And Swz.3.The Contractor Will Enable The Ordering Party To Evaluate The Offered Subject Of The Contract In Order To Allocate A Score In The Quality Criterion, On The Terms Described Below: A) The Ordering Party Will Evaluate The Offers In The Quality Criterion Based On The Test Of The Test Copies Made Available For Evaluation, In Accordance With The Evaluation Procedure Specified In Chapter Xvi Of This Specification - The Research Process Of Musical Instruments Made Available For Evaluation In The Following Number (Test Copies): 3 Or More Test Copies. B) The Test Copies Must Be Made Available Within 14 Days From The Date Of Submission Of Offers. The Place Of Sharing Will Be The Location Indicated By The Contractor. C) If The Instruments Are Made Available Outside The Tarnowo Podgórne Commune, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Transport, Accommodation And Meals For A Maximum Of Two Representatives Of The Ordering Party At His Own Expense. D) The Ordering Party Will Inform About The Completion Of The Testing Procedure.
