The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Purchase Of Gas Fuel For The Arcelormittal Park Facilities, I.E. The Football Stadium, The Sosnowiec Arena And The Winter Stadium With A Total Estimated Volume Of 1,806,085 Kwh, With The Proviso That The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Reducing Supplies By 20%. The Forecast Amount Of Gas Fuel For Individual Gas Consumption Points In Kwh During The Delivery Period, I.E. From January 1, 2027 To June 30, 2027, Is Specified In Annex No. 2A To The Swz. The List Of Current Gas Consumption Points And Distribution Parameters Is Given In Annex No. 2B To The Swz. The Ordering Party Will Implement The Subject Of The Order In The Following Scope: - Basic (Guaranteed), - Optional, In The Event Of Exercising The Option Right.
