Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In The Zdzieszowice Commune In The Following Scope: 1) Readiness To Perform The Service - (Supervision, On-Duty Duties, Readiness To Work Of Equipment And Operators), By Which The Parties Understand The Time During Which The Operator And Equipment Of The Winter Road Maintenance (Zud) Is At The Disposal Of The Ordering Party Without Performing Activities On The Roads, But Within The Time Declared By The Contractor In The Offer He Is Ready To Leave In Order To Undertake Activities Related To Removing Black Ice, Clearing Snow From Roads Or Performing Other Activities Related To Winter Road Maintenance. This Is Also The Time Of Standstill Of Solar Panels While Loading Them, Parking Of Zud Vehicles On The Road Longer Than 30 Minutes (E.G. Blocked Roads, Traffic Jams) And Other Circumstances Arising Not Due To The Fault Of The Contractor. The Settlement Unit Is A Monthly Lump Sum For The Readiness Of Snow Removal Equipment And The Driver; 2) Active Winter Road Maintenance, By Which The Parties Understand The Active Work Of The Vehicle Simultaneously With A Plow And A Salt Spreader (Spreading Or Snow Removal, Or Sprinkling And Snow Removal), In Accordance With The List Of District Roads Covered By Winter Maintenance Included In Annex No. Passability By Removing Snow And Combating Slipperiness In Accordance With The Adopted Standards Contained In The Zud Technical Specification. The Settlement Unit Is 1 Hour Of Equipment Operation When Clearing Snow And/Or Sprinkling Roads. 1 Hour Of Equipment Operation Corresponds To A Clock Hour. Only Hours Worked On The Road Will Be Settled. The Time Of Travel To The Place Indicated In The Request By The Ordering Party, Parking Of The Vehicle And Equipment, And Loading Them Are Not Included In The Working Time. If The Working Time Does Not Include Full Hours, The Remuneration Will Be Calculated Proportionally. Estimated Number Of Hours Of Equipment Operation: 100 Hours
