1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Summer And Winter Work Footwear In Accordance With The Description Of The Item Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Quantities Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Mutual Exchange Of Quantities Within The Range Of Products Listed In Annex No. 3 To The Contract, Up To The Value Of The Offer Submitted By The Contractor. 2.1. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Place Orders And Implement The Subject Of The Order Depending On The Needs, Therefore, It Has The Right To Limit The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order, Which May Result In A Reduction In The Value Of Deliveries.3. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of 70% Of The Contract Value.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Sizes Required By The Ordering Party. 4.1. The Ordering Party Will Specify The Type And Size Of The Ordered Footwear In Each Order. 5. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Mpgk Warehouse Located At Ul. Bieławin 5, 22-100 Chełm On Working Days (I.E. Monday To Friday) From 7.00 A.M. To 2.30 P.M. 6. Delivery Should Be Made Diligently, At The Contractors Expense And Risk.7. Detailed Implementation Conditions Are Specified In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 8. The Offer Should Include The Valuation Of All Accompanying Services, Indirectly Related To The Subject Of The Proceedings, E.G. Transport To The Place Of Delivery, Which Should Be Added To The Subject Of The Order.9. The Costs Of Packaging, Transport, Replacement, Unloading As Well As Taxes, Including Tax On Goods And Services In Accordance With Applicable Law, Are Borne By The Contractor.
