1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Supporting The Development Of Care Services In The Place Of Residence Of The Project Participants. The Aim Is To Increase The Availability Of Individual Care For Dependent People (Especially Seniors And People With Disabilities), In Accordance With Lsr Lgd N.A.R.E.W. The Services Are Intended To Enable Project Participants To Function Safely And With Dignity In The Local Environment. 1. The Scope Of Care Services Includes Individually Tailored Assistance Provided To Project Participants (Up) In Their Place Of Residence. Pursuant To Art. 50 Section 3 Of The Act On Social Assistance, These Services Include Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygiene Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And - If Possible - Ensuring Contact With The Environment. Therefore, The Contractors Tasks Include, Among Others: 1) Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs - Preparation And Delivery Of Meals (In Accordance With The Recommended Diet), Assistance In Shopping And Running The Household (Cleaning, Washing, Ironing, Keeping The Immediate Surroundings Clean, Etc.). 2) Assistance In Hygiene And Care Activities - Support In Basic Personal Hygiene Of The Up (Washing, Dressing, Toilet, Changing Bed Linen) And Implementation Of Medical-Related Care Ordered By Doctor (E.G. Anti-Decubitus Prophylaxis, Administering Medications, Changing Dressings).3) Supporting Contact With The Environment - If Possible, Supporting The Organization Of Free Time And Social Contacts (Walking, Physical Activities).2.The Scope Of Services Provided Will Be Determined Individually Each Time On The Basis Of The Individual Support Card Granting Care Services, Which Specifies The Type, Duration And Dimension Of The Assistance Granted. The Target Group Are People Who Require Support In Everyday Functioning - In Particular Elderly, Lonely, Sick Or Disabled People. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Availability Of The Uninterrupted Process Of Providing Services 7 Days A Week (Including Weekends And Holidays), In Accordance With Individual Schedules Agreed Flexibly With The Project Participants. In The Event Of The Absence Of A Permanent Caregiver (E.G. Due To Illness, Vacation), The Contractor Is Absolutely Obliged To Provide A Replacement By A Person With Identical Qualifications To Guarantee Continuity Of Support, Which Is Crucial For The Safety Of Dependent Persons.4.The Project Envisages Providing Care Services To Approximately 10 Participants, Including 8 Women And 5 People With Disabilities. The Number Of Hours Will Depend On The Needs Of The Up - For Example, Each Participant May Receive Several Hours Of Care Per Week (Determined Individually).
