The Products Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Applicable Food Law Provisions And The Quality Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. If A Standard, Approval, Technical Specification Or Reference System Is Indicated In The Procurement Documents, Such Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent, And The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Procurement Documents3) Delivery Of Products That Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Food Law Provisions, In Particular Legal Acts Listed In Point 4(3) Of The Common Requirements Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), And The Quality Requirements Specified In This Description For Individual Parts And Product Items.4) Unloading The Assortment/Goods At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party,5) Delivering The Articles By A Means Of Transport That Meets The Hygiene Requirements Specified In Regulation (Ec) No. 852/2004 (Annex Ii, Chapter Iv) And - If Such An Obligation Results From Legal Provisions - Covered By The Supervision (Approval Or Registration) Of The Competent Authority Of Official Food Control (State Sanitary Inspection Or Inspection Veterinary), Where: A) In Part 1 - By A Clean And Dry Means Of Transport, Protecting The Articles Against Contamination, Moisture, Damage To Packaging And Direct Sunlight, And In Relation To Articles Requiring Refrigerated Storage (E.G.
