The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New Passenger Car, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026 - Adapted To Transport 8 Disabled People + 1 Driver, A Car Adapted To Transport Disabled People In One Wheelchair With The Possibility Of Quickly Dismantling The Seats For The Second Wheelchair, With Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Car Or Subject Of The Order.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Warranty And Service Conditions As Well As Minimum Technical Parameters Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Offer Form Containing A Description Of Technical Parameters) And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Drafted Provisions Of The Contract).3.Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Must Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least 5 Days Before The Delivery Date. The Vehicle Will Be Collected At The Ordering Partys Office. 3) In The Offer Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include Instruction On The Operation Of The Car And Equipment For At Least 2 People, Which Should Be Carried Out On The Day Of Delivery, 4) Requirements For The Car: A) Brand New, Manufactured In 2026, Model Currently Manufactured By The Manufacturer. By A Brand New Car, The Ordering Party Understands A New, Unused, Undamaged, Non-Remanufactured Vehicle, Without Prior Registration, Without Any Operational Mileage, Not Used As A Demonstration, Test, Replacement Or Exhibition Vehicle, Without The Intervention Of Third Parties. By Third Parties, The Ordering Party Means Entities That Are Not An Authorized Service Center For The Offered Vehicle Or An Authorized Service Partner; B) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Delivery Of An Exhibition, Test, Demonstration Or Replacement Vehicle, C) The Cars Must Meet The Minimum Requirements Of The Euro 6 Standard In Terms Of Emissions Of Pollutants, Nitrogen Oxides, Particulate Matter And Hydrocarbons, D) Meeting The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, E) Having Approval, Issued In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law, F) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Attach A Set Of Documents To The Car, In Particular: A Warranty Card, An Operating Manual In Polish And Other Vehicle Documents Required By Law, Including An Extract From The Vehicle Approval Certificate Prepared In Polish And A Document Confirming Compliance With The Exhaust Emission Standard, G) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Warranty On The Delivered Subject
