Tenders are invited for Conducting Business Cases, Infrastructure Investment Assessments and Finance Training for Companies and Farmers in the Date Value Chain MAAN Development Center is an independent Palestinian development and training organization established in January 1989. The Center hereby invites qualified consulting firms to participate in the above-mentioned tender in accordance with the following conditions: Interested consulting firms are invited to review the full Terms of Reference (TOR) for this assignment. Tender documents may be obtained through the designated link by completing the required registration information, including the company name, mobile phone number, and any other requested details. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two separate sealed envelopes: A Technical Proposal Envelope. A Financial Proposal Envelope. Financial offers should include VAT. The project is not VAT exempted. Selected firms should supply a tax invoice and deduction at source certificate. Prices must be valid for at least 90 days from the tender submission date. All costs above must be in USD. The offer is valid for consulting firms only. Vendors/Service Providers must provide a bid bond guarantee of USD 500 (Only five hundred USD), either by bank guarantee or certified bank check, valid for two months from the last date of tender receipt.
