Descriptionsortland Municipality Needs To Procure A Parallel Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Goods And Services Related To The Operation And Maintenance Of Municipal Street Lighting Systems. Municipal Street Lighting Systems Include Street Light Poles, Luminaires, Power Lines And Control Systems, Etc., Which Are Subject To The Clients Management Responsibility. Operation And Maintenance Involves, Among Other Things, Work Related To The Correction Of Errors And Deficiencies, In Addition To Changes And Extensions, Of Existing Facilities Within The Financial Framework Of The Agreement. This Framework Agreement Must Also Be Used For Small And Medium-Sized Projects For Renovation Or New Construction. Construction Of Major New Facilities, As Well As Major Remediation Projects, Are Normally Carried Out As Separate Procurements. The Contract Will Be Valid For 2 Years From The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Client Must Have An Option To Extend The Agreement Under The Same Conditions By 1+1 Year. The Option Is Automatically Extended By 1 Year, If The Supplier Does Not Receive Written Notice Of Termination By The Expiry Date. The Contract Can Still Last A Maximum Of Four Years, In Line With Current Regulations.
