This Contract Concerns The Provision Of A Reception And Return Center For Persons Whom The Swedish Migration Agency Deems Entitled To Accommodation. The Center Must Be Designed In Such A Way That It Enables Flexibility In Use, As Individual Needs Can Change At Short Notice. The Center Must Therefore Be Able To Be Used Independently Of The Individuals Current Process Status And Be Adaptable Based On The Needs Of The Business. The Length Of Stay Varies Between Individuals And Cannot Be Determined In Advance. The Contract Includes A Comprehensive Service That Must Meet All Basic Needs Connected To The Accommodation. This Includes Access To Furnished Living Rooms, Information Function, Meal Service Including Food, Hygiene Areas, Hygiene Products, Laundry Facilities And Areas For Play, Study And Activities, Both Indoors And Outdoors. Furthermore, Spaces For Social Gatherings, Required Staffing And Workspaces For The Migration Agencys Staff Must Be Included. Access To The Internet Must Be Ensured. All Parts Must Meet The Requirements And Specifications Set Out In The Contract. Module-Based Solutions May Be Built As Part Of The Centre, For Example In Order To Meet The Need For Common Areas Or Other Complementary Functions, Provided That These Meet The Applicable Requirements According To The Agreement And Current Regulations. At Start-Up And During The Contract Period, Joint Meetings Between The Swedish Migration Agency And The Supplier Will Be Held. The Supplier Must Have The Ability And Resources To Deliver According To The Contract From The Start Of The Agreement. The Swedish Migration Agency Does Not Guarantee Any Purchase Volumes Or Purchase Values ​​In This Contract.
