Public Road Transport Services – Route-Based Public Transport Services, Gross, Tender 2026-02. The Finnish Transport And Communications Agency Traficom (Hereinafter Traficom) Is Requesting A Tender For The Management Of Public Transport Services Between 7 June 2027 And 2 June 2030 On The Mynämäki-Nousiainen-Masku-Turku Route (More Detailed Target Definition In The Tender Request Appendix). The Contract Includes An Option To Extend The Contract For The Period From 3 June 2030 To 5 June 2033. The Exact Start And End Dates Of Operation Are Determined According To The School Year. Traffic Is Procured With A Gross Contract. The Gross Contract Refers To The Public Transport Service Contract Referred To In The Service Contract Regulation (1370/2007) And The Special Sectors Procurement Act (1398/2016), Where The Ticket Revenue Risk Is With The Customer Of The Transport. The Traffic Included In This Acquisition Will Be Granted An Exclusive Right In Accordance With The Service Contract Regulation By A Separate Administrative Decision. The Exclusive Right Decision Takes Into Account Possible Longer-Distance Traffic Passing Through Part Of The Route. The Ticket And Payment System Requirements And The Interoperability Requirements Required By The Transport Services Act (320/2017) Are Described In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. The Municipalities Of Masku, Mynämäki And Nousiainen Participate In The Financing Of The Project.
