The Project Mjölby Municipality Intends To Build A New Care And Care Home At Eldslösa Comprising 80 Places Including Short-Term Places, And Is Intended For Elderly People Who Need Care And Care Around The Clock. The Building Is Planned In Two Floors With A Total Of Eight Departments, Where Each Department Includes Approximately 10 Apartments With Associated Common Areas. The Accommodation Is Designed With A Focus On High Accessibility, Safety, A Homelike Environment And A Good Working Environment. Each Apartment Must Be Fully Furnished And Contain Its Own Hygiene Room, Kitchenette And Be Adapted For Care And Lifting. Shared Functions Include Living Room, Dining Room And Separate Kitchen, As Well As Access To Balconies Or Patios. In Addition To The Living Quarters, The Building Contains Shared Public Functions Such As The Main Entrance With Lobby, Meeting Room/Conference, Training Kitchen, Gym, Visitor Toilets And A Cooking Kitchen Sized For Approx. 100 Portions. Extensive Staff Spaces, Administrative Premises, Expeditions For Nurses And Therapists, As Well As Required Operational And Technical Areas Are Also Planned. The Outdoor Environment Is A Central Part Of The Project And Must Be Designed As An Accessible, Safe And Stimulating Garden Environment, With The Possibility Of Spending Time Outside All Year Round.
