Flood-Control Valves – Ii. Vs Ružín I. - Reconstruction Of Control Elements In The Pressure Chamber. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Control Elements Of The Technological Equipment In The Pressure Chamber Of The Vs Ružín I Building, Aimed At Increasing The Operational Reliability, Safety And Service Life Of Shut-Off Valves Working In Extremely Stressed Hydraulic Conditions. The Reconstruction Includes: • Replacement Of 6 Pcs Of Dn400 - Pn6 Sliding (Knife) Caps In The Pressure Chamber, • Replacement Of 1 Piece Of Dn400 - Pn6 Sliding (Knife) Caps In The Pump Chamber, While Each Cap Must Be Delivered As A Complete Functional Unit Including: • Steel Support, • Electric Motor With Gearbox, Removable Without Disturbing The Anchorage Of The Stand • A Stand Anchored To The Machine Room Floor • An Extension Spindle With Bearing Support, • A System For Sealing The Spindle Opening, • A Flanged Intermediate Piece For Adjusting The Working Length Of The Pipe. The Goal Of The Reconstruction Is To Remove The Structural Deficiencies Of The Existing Solution (Especially The Breaking Of The Control Rod Through The Cardan Coupling) And To Ensure A Direct, Coaxial And Reliable Link Between The Cap And The Control Mechanism.
