Unirii (Intersection Bd. Traian - Intersection St. V. Alecsandri), Respectively, The Elaboration Of The Technical-Economic And Technical Documentation Necessary For The Realization Of The Investment, Consisting Of: - The Elaboration Of The Design Theme; - Carrying Out Preliminary Studies And Investigations, As Appropriate; - Elaboration Of The Documentation For Approval Of Intervention Works (Dali); - Preparation Of Documentation For Obtaining Approvals, Agreements And Technical Documentation For Obtaining - Construction Authorization (Dtac); - Elaboration Of The Technical Project (Pt) And Execution Details (De); - Verification Of Technical Documentation By Certified Project Verifiers; - Ensuring Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works, Until The Reception At The End Of The Works. The Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications And The Public Procurement Contract. In Addition To The Requirements Provided By The Applicable National Legislation For The Development Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Dali And Technical Project Phases, The Provider Will Perform The Design Services Using The Building Information Modeling (Bim) Methodology And The Integration Of The Neb (New European Bauhaus) Principles. The Estimated Total Value Of The Purchase Is: 1,374,250.00 Lei Without Vat.
