Thus, The Introduction Of The Virtual Assistant Aims To Create Intuitive Interfaces, Easy To Use By Users, Regardless Of Their Level Of Digitization, Of Conversational Trees Based On Natural Language That Allow Users To Ask Direct Questions While The Virtual Assistant, Through Its Specific Functions, Indexes The Information And Presents Users With Relevant Answers, Relevant Links Or Even Presents Forms To Be Filled In If Online Requests Are Made.
