Seismic Services - Operation Of A Microseismic Monitoring Network. Description Of The Public Procurement: 1. Operation Regular Inspection And Maintenance Of The Mechanical And Electrical Condition Of The Measuring Stations Of The Microseismic Monitoring Network Of The Mvm Paksi Atomerömű Zrt. (Orderer) - The Field Measuring Stations (10 Units), Repair Of Network And Measuring Equipment Malfunctions *, And If Necessary, Repair Them And Ensure The Physical Safety Of The Devices, As Well As On-Site Storage Of Measurement Data And Continuous Data Transmission Provision To The Data Center. In The Event Of A Breakdown, The Operator Will Provide A Replacement Device From Its Own Stock Of Spare Devices For The Duration Of The Repair, And Will Bear Its Operating Costs (Repairability Must Be Determined As Described In Point 3.1). These Costs Are Included In The Budget For The New Device To Be Purchased To Replace The Failed Device. The Tasks Include Ensuring The Continuous Operation Of The Data Center Computers (Data Collection Server, Data Processing Server) And The Software Environment (Seiscomp) Required For Data Processing. *Malfunctions Of The Network And Measuring Equipment Are Expected To Be Repaired Within 24 Hours From The Detection Of The Error. Operation Is Also Part Of The Operational Tasks Specified In Other Sections Of This Technical Description. 2. Data Processing Data Collection Must Be Continuous At The Measuring Stations. The Data Collection Server Must Ensure High Availability And Reliability In Order To Ensure Uninterrupted Data Transmission And Data Archiving. The Storage Of The Measurement Data Is Redundant, On The One Hand, And Simultaneously In The Data Center Created For This Purpose. Automatic Evaluation Is Also Required In The Data Center, The Results Of Which Must Be Made Available On A Web Interface Designed For This Purpose: - Seismograms Of The Measuring Stations, - Automatic Event List And Map. During The Manual Data Processing, The Following Tasks Must Be Performed: - Checking And Logging The Operation Of Stations, - Identifying Events Based On All Available Information (E.G. Other Regional Stations), - Measuring The Phases Of All Events, - Network Detection, Selecting Events Detected By At Least Four Stations, - Calculating The Hypocenter And Magnitude Of Events In Hungary, Creating An Event List And Bulletin. 3. Seismological Interpretation (In Summary, Seismological Analysis) The Evaluation Of The Measurement Results Of The Microseismic Monitoring Must Be Carried Out In An Integrated Manner With The Data Of Other Seismological Stations And Data Centers Available In Hungary And Neighboring Countries. * During The Seismological Interpretation, The Following Tasks Must Be Performed: - Evaluation Of The Parameters Of The Registered Events (Burst Time, Epicenter, Depth, Magnitude) And Their Errors. - Display Of Registered Events In List And Map Form. - Isolation Of Earthquakes And Explosions Of Natural Origin. - The Perceptible Earthquakes (Ml 2.5-3
