Az Groeninge Is A Large Regional Hospital In Kortrijk That Offers A Wide Range Of Medical Care And Specialized Treatments. The Hospital Works With Various Medical And Support Services. There Is Currently A Very Close Partnership Between Az Groeninge And Sint Jozefskliniek Izegem. Today, Each Of The Two Hospitals Has Its Own Warehouse. The Scope Of This Tender Is A New Wms Software For The Warehouse In Az Groeninge. This Warehouse Currently Uses Sap Wm To Manage Its Warehouse. Since The Support Situation For This Will Change At The End Of 2028, Az Groeninge Is Looking For A New It Solution. This New Solution Must Cover The Same Needs As The Current Sap Wm. In Addition To The Warehouses In The Hospitals, There Are Also 2 External Warehouses (Managed By 3Pl Parties) Where The Overflow Of Pallets Is Stored. The New Wms Must Also Be Able To Handle Operation With These External Warehouses Via An Inventory Transfer Function. This Function May Be Approached Pragmatically At A General Location, Not At A Detailed Location, From Which Specific Pallets Will Be Requested Depending On The Need. The Warehouse In Az Groeninge Consists Of Classic Standard Storage Components (Pallet And Shelves) As Well As 3 Vertical Lift Modules From Supplier Kardex. The Scope Of The Requested Software Will Range From The Delivery Of Goods On The Unloading Quays, To Storage And Up To And Including Delivery In An Empty/Full Storage Facility In The Departments (The Management Of The Empty/Full Storage Facility Is Also In Scope). Controlling The Vertical Lift Modules In Machine Language Is Part Of The Scope Of The Requested Software.
