Providing Of Drinking Water Bottles During Dasara 2026 , Supply Transportation Loading Unloading Stacking And Distribution Of 250 Ml Packaged Drinking Water Bottles Bisleri Or Kinley. The Packaged Drinking Water Shall Confirm To The Latest Applicable BIS Requirements For Packaged Drinking Water And Shall Be Supplied In Sealed Food Grade Tamper Proof PET Bottles Of 250 Ml Capacity Suitable For Human Consumption With Proper Manufacturer Details Batch Or Lot Number Date Of Packing Or Manufacture Best Before Or Expiry Details And Statutory Declarations As Applicable. Bottles Shall Be Supplied In Manufacturers Standard Sealed Cartons Or Shrink Wrapped Packs Properly Protected During Transportation And Handling. The Rate Shall Be Inclusive Of All Costs Towards Procurement Packing Loading At Approved Plant Or Outlet Transportation To Unloading At Central Stock Point Fixed By Department Stacking Safe Storage And Shifting To Designated Water Distribution Points At Any Location Distribution Of Water Through Labour Day And Night Unloading Labour Charges Stacking At The Designated Location Including All Incidental Charges Taxes Duties And Other Expenses Necessary For Complete Execution Of The Work. The Bottles Shall Be Delivered As And When Required By The Devasthanam In Fresh Condition And Within The Permissible Shelf Life Period. The Contractor Or Supplier Shall Ensure Adequate Manpower For Timely Unloading Stacking And Distribution During The Event Each Bottle Actually Supplied And Utilized For Distribution To Pilgrims Shall Be Duly Certified By The Authorized Departmental Representative The Supply Is To Be Done During Festival Days And May Be Extended As Per The Requirement.
