Software Supply Services – Supply And Implementation Of A Multitenant Security Platform Including Related Services. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Implementation Of A Comprehensive Solution For The Protection Of End Devices And The Detection, Investigation And Response To Cyber Security Threats, Including Related Functions For Processing Security Data, Automating Security Processes, Threat Intelligence And Orchestrating Responses To Security Events. Part Of The Subject Of Performance Is The Provision Of License Authorizations And The Provision Of Related Services. The Delivered Solution Must Be Provided As A Unified, Centrally Managed, Multi-Tenant Security Platform With A Web Console And Unified Management. The Solution Must Enable The Protection Of At Least 5,000 End Devices And At The Same Time The Processing Of At Least 250 Gb Of Data Per Day From External Sources, Especially From The Contractors Security, Network, Authentication And Other Systems. The Performance Must Also Include Functionalities Enabling The Centralized Collection, Processing And Analysis Of Security Data, Detection And Evaluation Of Cyber Threats, Support For The Investigation Of Security Incidents, The Use Of Threat Intelligence Resources And The Automation And Orchestration Of Responses To Security Events. The Scope Of Performance Includes In Particular: A) Provision Of License Rights To Use The Platform For A Period Of 4 Years To The Extent Specified In This Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes, B) Implementation, Configuration And Integration Of The Platform Into The Clients Environment, Including Its Commissioning, Within A Maximum Of 50 Man-Days (Md), C) Training Of The Clients Administrators, D) Provision Of Technical Support For The Platform In 24 × 7 Mode In Accordance With The Established Sla Parameters, E) Provision Of Management And Maintenance Platforms In The 8 × 5 Mode, F) Provision Of Development Services Based On The Clients Requirements In The Total Maximum Scope Of 240 Man-Days (Md) For The Duration Of The Contract. The Solution Must Be Designed In A Multi-Tenant Architecture Enabling The Operation Of A Central Parent Environment Of The Client And Two Separate Subordinate Tenants. Individual Tenants Must Be Logically Separated From Each Other, Including The Separation Of Relevant Data, Configuration, User Authorizations And Administration, While The Central Environment Must Enable Their Management And Supervision To The Extent Set By The Technical Requirements. The Multi-Tenant Architecture Must Enable The Use Of The Delivered Solution For The Provision Of Security Services To Third Parties, In Particular The Clients Customers, Through Separate Tenants. The Client Must Be Authorized To Create And Operate Additional Independent Tenants Beyond The Basic Scope Of Performance And Expand The Number Of Protected Terminal Devices And The Volume Of Processed External Data According To Their Needs. Part Of The Performance Is Also The Possibility Of Central Management Of License And Data Capacities And Their Allocation To Individual Tenants Within The Total Scope Of License And Data Capacities Of The Contracting Authority. The Solution Must Enable Further Expansion Of The Number Of Tenants And Capacities During The Duration Of The Contract.
