Stone Chippings – Supply And Transport Of Aggregates For The Production Of Surface Coatings And Road Repairs. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 1 Year, Tacitly Renewable 3 Times. The Maximum Duration Of The Contract, All Periods Combined, Is 4 Years. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded From 01/01/2027 Or Its Notification Date If This Is Later Than 01/01/2027 Until December 31, 2027, For Its Initial Period. The Execution Or Delivery Times Of The Services Are Fixed For Each Order Form In Accordance With The Stipulations Of The Documents Of The Framework Agreement. The Maximum Annual Amount Is 300,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Or 1,200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement. Deliveries And Execution Of Services Will Take Place As Close As Possible To The Surface Coating Sites Via Depots Identified Each Year (Refer To Appendix 3 Of The Cctp) And At The Address Indicated Below
