The Contracting Authority Clarifies That The Subject Of The Public Order Is A Special Staff Vehicle With An Individual Body, Electrical Installation, Ict Technologies, Energy System, Warning Sound And Light Equipment With Subsequent Homologation For Special Purpose Vehicles Of The Sg Police In Accordance With Decree No. 343/2015, On Vehicle Registration, As Amended. The Contracting Authority Accepts The Offer Of A New Or Used (Demonstration) Vehicle, Provided That The Demonstration Vehicle Meets All The Technical Requirements Set Out In The Tender Documentation, Has Not Yet Been Registered To The End User And Its Maximum Mileage Is 2,000 Km.
