Tenders are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for Urban Parking Infrastructure Assessment in Hargeisa, Somaliland Submission (Physical & Electronic): Completed bid documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to: The Bid Committee, Consultancy Services for Urban Parking Infrastructure Assessment in Hargeisa, Somaliland (PR 049) Bids are to be delivered to and received at the Hargeisa Municipality Office on or before 26 October 2026 at 4:00 pm (East African Time). Bidders are also required to submit their bids by email (sinaan.tender@dtglobal.com) as two separate PDF files - Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Both files MUST be password-protected, with the passwords to be provided in person on the day of bid opening at the Hargeisa Municipality Office in Hargeisa. Bids received after the deadline date and time will not be considered and shall be returned to the bidders unopened. Offers are to remain valid for 180 days from the closing date of this tender.
