The Overall Contract Includes: - Plots 21685/2 And 21685/3 (Possibly Combined Later) Heka Hermanninranta Albumikatu 3 Special Features Of The Project: - The Site Consists Of Two Separate Apartment Buildings And A Courtyard Area, Which Make Up Half Of The Block Complex. - The Object Can Be Implemented Either With A Wooden Or Concrete Frame. The Concrete Frame Requires Applying For A Deviation Decision, Which The Contractor Is Responsible For. - Residential Area Approx. 11,040 Asm2 And Retail Area Approx. 55 Htm2 Are Included In The Quantity To Be Acquired In The Request For Tender. - The Contractor Is Responsible For All Planning. Planning Can Begin After The Preliminary Contract Is Signed. The Estimated Start Date Of The Construction Work Is 04/2028 And The Work Must Start No Later Than 06/2028. The Procurement Is Not Divided Into Parts, As The Multi-Supplier Model Would Be Inappropriate In Terms Of Overall Contract Schedule Management And Work Coordination.
