It Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point With Infrastructure In Starachowice - European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment - European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Under Measure Fenx.01.04 Waste Management And Circular Economy Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program 2021-2027. The Order Includes: A) Delivery Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New Telescopic Loader With Accessories (Appendix No. 1). B) Delivery Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New Forklift With Accessories (Appendix No. 2). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annexes No. 1 And No. 2 To The Swz. The Contracting Authority Envisages Invalidation Of The Contract Award Procedure In The Event Of Failure To Allocate Funds That Were Intended To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract.
