Drink Dispensers – Rental/Maintenance Of Water Fountains On Network And Supply Of Cups For Municipal Services Of The City And The Communal Social Action Center Of Levallois (Ccas). The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Rental And Maintenance Of Water Fountains On The Network, As Well As The Purchase Of Cups For The Citys Municipal Services And The Levallois Municipal Social Action Center (Ccas). The City Of Levallois Organizes This Procedure As Coordinator Of The Command Group Formed With The Municipal Social Action Center Of Levallois. This Contract Is Subject To The Public Order Code, A Document Referred To As “The Code” Throughout The Consultation Documents. Described As A Supplies Contract, It Is Subject To The Provisions Of The General Administrative Clauses Applicable To Public Contracts For Current Supplies And Services, Approved By The Order Of March 30, 2021. It Is Awarded According To The Open Call For Tenders Procedure, Subject To The Provisions Of Articles R.2124-2 And R2161-1 To R.2161-5 Of The Code. This Is A Purchase Order Contract, Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.2125-1, R.2162-1 To R216-6, R2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Code. The Contract Will Be Awarded To A Single Holder For A Maximum Duration Of 3 Years Including Renewals. As This Is An Open Procedure, The Maximum Number Of Participants Is Not Limited. The Total Value Of The Contracts Is Estimated At 210,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat, Taking Into Account Its Duration And Possible Renewals, I.E. 70,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat Per Year, Including 1,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat Per Year Reserved For The Ccas
