The Approved Technical Project Covers The Project Parts Architecture, Constructions, Electrical, Plumbing, Hvac, Energy Efficiency, Technology, Fire Safety, Park Planning And Improvement, Geodesy And Water. The Contractor Should Ensure Technological And Functional Compatibility Between All Parts And Execute The Construction As A Single Complete Complex.The Scope Also Includes All Temporary, Preparatory, Restoration And Finishing Works That Are Technologically Necessary For The Implementation Of The Approved Project Solutions: Organization And Security Of The Site, Temporary Fences And Signaling, Routing, Earthworks, Temporary Power Supplies And Connections, Protection Of Existing Networks And Vegetation, Samples And Tests, Cleaning, Management And Removal Of Waste, Restoration Of Affected Areas And Compilation Of Documentation For Acceptance And Commissioning.
