Oconee County Is Seeking To Establish An Annual Contract For The Repair, Rehabilitation And Resurfacing Of Various Roads Throughout The County. Contractor Must Be Gdot Pre-Certified. All Materials Shall Be In Accordance With The Gdot Quality Products List (Qpl). Bid Documents Can Be Found At Www.Bidnetdirect.Com//Oconeecounty.A Bid Bond* In The Amount Of Five Percent (5%) Of The Total Bid Amount And A Consent Of Surety Must Be Included With Your Bid Submission Prior To The Bid Closing. The Consent Of Surety Shall State That Upon Award Of Agreement, A Performance And Payment Bond Of One Hundred Percent (100%) Of The Total Agreement Amount Can Be Furnished. *Surety Companies Executing Bonds Must Be Authorized To Transact Business In The State Of Georgia.Pursuant To Georgia Law, No Bids Will Be Considered Without An Executed E-Verify Affidavit. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required To Pay Sales And Use Tax On Materials Purchased Or Used On This Project.
